How to Use:
1.Insert shoe stretcher into shoe with the back piece facing down.Hold the handle and turn clockwise.
2.Length Stretch: turn the “Wheel-Shaped” handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on high heel shoes.
3.Width Stretch: turn the “L-Shaped”metal crank handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on high heel shoes.
4. For best result,please keep shoe stretcher in place for at least 12- 24 hours To remove stretcher, turn handles Counterclockwise.

The product seems well-designed, however when I tried to use it in my 4 inch or over heels, it failed to lay flat against the base of the shoe. As a result, I ended up having to make modifications to the device in order for my shoes to fit. For reference, my shoe size is 4.5

I really like these shoe stretchers for high heels. Other shoes stretchers are made for flats or low heels. These stretchers also come with a handy storage bag and a shoe bag.
The stretchers are easy to use, but I had some difficulty figuring out which part to turn for stretching width because the small instruction sheet is not clear. The instructions refer to a “black” handle when what is meant is the metal hook. I also have no idea what the extra pink plastic item is to be used for.

So far so good, My only point of confusion is the way the back of the product (where the heel stretch for length) is made. If feels flimsy. The knob turn sleeve slides up and down the metal rod and the metal washer between the bridge and toe stretch area just slides back and forth with seemingly no purpose. A bit more instruction on use would be great, but I’m less than 24 hours in.
